Exercise your GDPR Article 17 Right to Erasure or delete your Makker profile and cloud records.

Important: Cancel Active Store Subscriptions First

Deleting your Makker account does NOT automatically cancel or refund your active Apple App Store or Google Play recurring subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription via your device settings (Apple iOS Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions) before initiating account deletion.

Option 1: In-App Instant Deletion (5 Seconds)

If you have the Makker app installed on your phone or web browser, you can permanently delete your account immediately without sending an email:

  1. Open Makker and tap your Profile tab in the bottom bar.
  2. Tap Data & Privacy (or Settings).
  3. Scroll to the danger zone and tap Delete Account & All Data.
  4. Confirm the dialog. Your cloud account, authentication credentials, and all learning data are permanently eradicated immediately with zero recovery grace period.

Option 2: Web / Email Deletion Request

If you uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, submit your verified request details below. We process manual requests within 30 days pursuant to GDPR Art. 12(3).
